The Musician's Cedar Mountain Retreat's striking cedar home is located just north of Fairplay, 19 miles south of Breckenridge, and 65 miles from Denver. Currently, it is the vacation home for the drummer from Sugarland and Better than Ezra. With two acres of pine trees and no other cabin in sight, you'll enjoy plenty of privacy. The road leading to this beautiful vacation cabin is maintained and plowed by the county so you will have no problem reaching this tranquil home.

There's an abundance of space in this brand new home including two living areas, a mud room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The home also features an all-stainless kitchen attached to a huge Great Room which includes a 42" LCD Flatpanel HDTV with DIRECTV service with 70+ Hi-Def Channels. For your listening and viewing pleasure, you'll also find a CD/DVD player and stereo system in this room.

A large deck sits off the Great Room for relaxing under the stars and viewing the wildlife that passes through the property. During the spring and summer months, you'll enjoy the soothing sounds of a stream running through the property.

There's a California king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a double bed in the third bedroom. All the beds are luxuirous memory-foam mattresses supplied with fine cotton linens. The master bedroom features in-floor heat and a 32" flatscreen TV. In addition, there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the den and a 27" TV.
