Beautiful 4500 square foot home in Fairplay, CO

This beautiful home is located in Colorado's Rocky Mountains. At 4500 square feet, this large vacation home is 4 bedrooms and 5 baths. Every room could be a master room as each room has its own private bathroom and balcony. One of the rooms is handicapped accessible with roll-in shower, grab bars and adjustable bed. The views are breathtaking from the two large decks and four balconies.

The house has three levels. First level includes a pool table, ping pong table, card table, 65" TV, DVD, stereo system, workout gym with small TV, one bathroom, three sofas, and large deck. Second level or the main level contains a kitchen, two refrigerators, living room, dining room, stereo sytem, fireplace, handicapped accessible bedroom, laundry room, and large deck with table and grill.

The third level has three bedrooms each with its own private bath and balcony. The landing area is a seating area during the day and has two single beds in the daybed for use at night.

There are two driveways from the main road to the house. Two wheel drive cars can drive here during the summer; however, during the winter, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Ten minutes of the drive will be on wide unpaved road. Roads are cleared by the county.
